Gross Diagnosis Challenge!

This lesion should be a pretty straightforward diagnosis.  I got the contents of a ruptured cyst, complete with fragments of (some non-viable) cyst wall.  I don't have micro images, yet.  In the meantime, can you make a gross diagnosis?

Hint: This should be interesting for Lab Med folks, too!
There were LOTS of these little "marbles" plus the remnants of the cyst wall.
Close up of one of the "marbles" with cloudy flocculant stuff in it.

Here's an artsy B&W image.
