Last week we consulted our UW collegues on a few challenging cases. One was leftover from Christmas time, and it was a brain tumor in a kid:

Here is another case, in a 11 month old with severe anemia and hydrocephaly:
Notice there are hardly any eyrthroids? We called it acute leukemia since we saw a lot of blasts on the perpheral smear (not shown).

Here is another case, this is a 23 year old with a "malignant looking" skin lesion:
We think it is benign, but we're waiting for expert consensus :)
